THE ASK

French’s and Frank’s RedHot had a disparate array of social media content across a variety of channels, without a set strategy for the use of any of them. They were in desperate need of a cross channel strategy to deliver a consistent and engaging experience for their followers. Each social channel was sparcely used without a systematic approach or strategy. They needed:

  • Management of all social media platforms and websites: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
  • Lack of interaction with consumers – one way communication
  • Need help to grow platforms and ensure alignment to brand goals & consumer trends without adding a lot of budget to new content development

Worked with the French’s and Frank’s RedHot teams to develop a social voice specific to each brand based on existing marketing materials.

Leveraged existing content to promote the brand across social media channels (saved them money and accelerated the promotion time by using content that already exists instead of creating new content)
