French’s and Frank’s RedHot had a disparate array of social media content across a variety of channels, around the world. XTM set strategy, voice and a process for not only managing the channels but mastering and leveraging the content. The ultimate engagement goal was to convert the social audience to active website traffic.
The darling of Fintech start-ups Payfare chose XTM in its early days to manage driver acquisition and relations, brand, and muti-city and country roll-outs. With thousands of users in various countries, Payfare is now a going concern. As part of XTM’s relationship with Payfare, XTM is in a unique position to license various features of Payfare’s Fintech technology and to leverage Payfare’s numerous banking and processor relationships.
King Courier, based in the US, captured a net new market. Together, XTM and King Courier launched a virtual Visa card program that enabled customers outside of the United States to purchase products using a virtual Visa card from merchants requiring a US address. On purchase the products were delivered to the King Courier depot and then shipped to the various destinations. Demand met solution.
