Statement of Commitment to Accessibility

XTM Inc. is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for all stakeholders, including our clients, employees, job applicants, suppliers, and any visitors who may enter our premises, access our information, or use our services. As an organization, we respect and uphold the requirements set forth under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the AODA) and its associated regulations and will ensure that we offer a safe and welcoming environment that is respectful of each person's dignity and independence.
The goal of the AODA is the achievement of a fully accessible Ontario through the identification, prevention, and removal of barriers. XTM Inc. is committed to ensuring our organization’s compliance by incorporating accessibility legislation into our policies, procedures, training, and best practices. We will review these policies and practices annually, as organizational changes occur, or in anticipation of compliance deadlines.

Feedback Process

As an organization, XTM Inc. is dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities in a timely manner. We invite and encourage feedback from individuals with disabilities (including customers, employees, and the public) about how we are meeting and supporting accessibility in our workplace, the delivery of our services, and our customer service.

Alternative Formats

XTM Inc. will make written information and other forms of communication available in alternative formats, upon request. The public may make requests for alternative formats of our feedback process and other public information using the AODA Feedback Form or by sending an email to accessibility@xtminc.com.
Current and prospective clients may request alternative formats of information normally provided to clients from any member of our sales, onboarding, or customer success teams, or may send an email to accessibility@xtminc.com with the details of the requested information.
Accessible formats and communication support will be provided in a timely manner and at no additional cost. At times, certain information or communications may be unconvertible. In this case XTM Inc. will ensure that you are provided with an explanation and a summary of the information.
